Hey there — I’m Desi M. Slaughter (but just Desi works too)!

I’m a multi-passionate creative professional, digital creator, public figure, certified techie, and lifestyle storyteller, sharing the real journey behind building a personal brand — and a life — rooted in authenticity, creativity, and freedom.

Born and raised in Detroit, now living and creating in Lansing with my dog Bandit by my side, I’ve always been a little nerdy, a lot creative, and endlessly curious. Growing up, you could usually find me with my nose in a book, daydreaming about new ideas, cooking up something in the kitchen, or diving deep into whatever I was passionate about that week.

Today, not much has changed—except now, I share that journey out loud.
