About My Role:

As an Inbound and Outbound Telephone Fundraising Agent at Falcon Fundraising, I am responsible for engaging potential donors through phone calls to encourage contributions for our clients’ fundraising campaigns. I work from home using company-owned equipment, and my role involves building strong relationships with donors while maintaining professionalism and upholding the values of integrity and honesty. Collaborating as part of a larger team of Agents and Supervisors, I am dedicated to helping our clients reach their fundraising goals by consistently delivering exceptional results and demonstrating a strong work ethic.

Duties:

  • Fundraising Campaign Execution: Specialize in raising funds for nonprofit organizations, including public TV, public radio, and art museums nationwide, by calling potential and previous donors.
  • Donor Engagement: Effectively engage donors over the phone, using persuasive communication to encourage contributions via credit card payments or pledge packet mailers.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with donors, ensuring a professional and courteous demeanor during all interactions to foster long-term support.
  • Sales Performance: Consistently meet and exceed fundraising goals, with a proven track record of high performance, including the highest reported daily total of $1,500 raised.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with a team of agents and supervisors to achieve client fundraising goals, contributing to the overall success of the campaign.
  • Data Management: Accurately record donation information and donor interactions using company-provided tools and systems, ensuring proper follow-up and tracking of donations.
  • Professionalism and Integrity: Adhere to company policies by demonstrating 100% honesty and maintaining a high standard of integrity in all communications with donors.
  • Goal-Oriented Approach: Continuously work to meet and exceed daily and weekly fundraising targets, maintaining a strong desire to achieve great results and contribute to the success of the campaigns.
